What's happening in Singapore? Singapore Green Plan 2030.
Singapore will step up the pace to green 80% of our buildings (by gross floor area) by 2030. 80% of new developments (by gross floor areas to be Super Low Energy (SLE) buildings from 2030. Singapore will achieve 80% improvement in energy efficiency for best-in-class green buildings by 2030.
Singapore will see more widespread adoption of solar energy, with 1GWP of solar energy installed by 2030.
We will also roll out a range of green initiatives to support energy efficiency, green transport, and green financing. Finally, Singapore will also increase the resilience of our infrastructure against climate change impacts.

Sustainable Wallcoverings to meet commercial requirements.
Wallcoverings transform interiors, adding texture, colour, and personality to spaces. Goodrich Global’s sustainable wallcoverings collection boasts a diverse array of designs, patterns, and finishes to suit any design concept. These wallcoverings are manufactured using eco-friendly materials, such as recycled content, low VOC (volatile organic compounds) inks, and water-based coatings, reducing harmful emissions and promoting better indoor air quality.
Being a leader in wallcoverings for residential, hospitality and commercial spaces. We have partnered with J.Josephson in creating wallcoverings that offer zero usage of heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium. Our collection of eco-friendly wallcoverings meets the requirements of BS 476 Part 6/7 and is low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as well.
Further, it has passed the California Section 01350 tests for Indoor Air Quality. Meeting anti-microbial additives to resist mildew and bacteria are highly specified requirements by global chain hoteliers, property developers, product specifiers and property developers. These selected wallcoverings are intended for use in buildings that are properly designed and maintained. This is to avoid moisture infiltration, condensation and/or accumulation in wall cavities and wall surfaces especially in warm and humid climates.

Shield Leathers by Goodrich is another in-house product made of 100% silicone.
Shield Leathers redefine high performance fabrics through the most effective combination of leather textures and the superior advantages of silicone.
Tested for high-abrasion rubs, it is inherently flame retardant and does not support microbiological growth. Ideal for furniture upholstery and wall panels in public areas, transportation, hospitality, residential and commercial spaces.
Sustainable Carpet tiles and Wall to Wall Carpets.

They are environmentally friendly and accredited with ISO 14001, PEFC, NWFA and the Singapore Green Label. The floorings are also certified with at least E1 on formaldehyde emissions ( less than 0.75ppm formaldehyde.)
